This policy explains how Yash Gusain, operating this website as YashGoSign Courses (“we”, “us”), handles personal information. It covers this website at courses.yashgosign.com.

1. What this website currently collects

As of 29 August 2026, this website is a set of static informational pages. It has no user accounts, no login, no contact form and no checkout. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set our own cookies for tracking.

If you simply read pages on this site, we do not ask you for any personal information and we do not build a profile of you.

As with any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical request data — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use that data to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

2. Information you give us directly

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in your message — typically your email address, your name, and the content of your enquiry. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

3. Information collected when courses go on sale

Courses are not yet available for purchase. When they are, buying one will involve the following, and this policy will apply to it:

• Your name and email address — collected at checkout so we can identify your purchase and send you access to the course you bought.
• Transaction details — such as the amount, currency, date, the item purchased and a payment reference supplied by the payment provider, which we keep as a record of the sale.
• Country or billing region — where the payment provider supplies it, for tax and pricing purposes.

4. Payment information

We do not collect, see, process or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any equivalent payment credential.

Payments are handled entirely by third-party payment providers — such as PayU — on their own systems. You enter your payment details directly with the provider, not with us. They act as the payment processor for the transaction and handle that data under their own privacy policy and their obligations as a regulated payment service.

What comes back to us from the provider is limited to what we need to recognise and honour your purchase: confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, a transaction reference, and your name and email address.

5. Why we process this information

• To give you access to a course you have paid for.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To process refunds where our refund policy applies.
• To keep accurate financial and tax records as required by law.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of course access.

6. Marketing

We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list on this platform, and we will not add you to one automatically because you bought a course. If we introduce optional email updates in future, joining will require a separate, clearly-labelled opt-in, and every message will contain an unsubscribe link.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We share it only with:

• Payment providers, to take payment and process refunds.
• Infrastructure providers that host this website and, in future, deliver course video and email on our behalf.
• Authorities or advisers, where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers operate outside India, which means your information may be processed abroad.

8. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for support, and delete it when it is not. Course-access records are kept for as long as your access lasts.

9. Security

We keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection we can offer. Payment credentials never reach our systems. This website is served over HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.

10. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Note that we may need to retain transaction records to meet legal and tax obligations even after a deletion request, and that deleting your records may end your access to a course you purchased.

11. Children

This platform is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who should make any purchase on your behalf.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the platform develops — in particular when purchasing, course delivery and email are switched on. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
